!xmipp_xray_psf_create (v3.0)

Usage

Create a volume with the 3D PSF of an X-ray microscope.

Parameters

$: XRay-Microscope parameters file. $: PSF Image file. $-lambda <v2.43> $-out_width <deltaR40> $-zones <N560> $-mag <Ms2304> $-sampling <dxy10> <dz=dxy> $-zshift <deltaZ0> $-size <x> <yx> <z=x>

Common options $-v, --verbose <verbose_level1> $-h, --help <param> $: Show a GUI to launch the program. $: Show additional options.

Examples

The parameters are in a file

   xmipp_xray_psf_create -i psf560.xmd -o psf560.vol

   xmipp_xray_psf_create -o psf900.vol -lambda 2.5 -zones 900
