Header_reset

header_reset

Purpose

This utility resets the rotations, translations, mirror flags and weights in the headers of 2D-images

Usage

$ header_reset ...

Parameters

• `` Input selfile with images for which to reset the header information
• `` If this option is provided, then the tilt angle of the header is set incrementally starting from the first angle and going in the provided angular step

Example

$ header_reset -i g0u_precentered.sel

Reset the header of a tilt series whose first angle is -65 degrees and it goes in steps of 1 degree.

$ header_reset -i tiltSeries.sel -tiltSeries -65 1
