micrograph_phase_flipping

Purpose

This program flips the phase of those frequencies that were already flipped by the CTF. Flipping the phase at the level of the micrograph is recommended over flipping the phase at the level of particle.

Usage

micrograph_phase_flipping

Parameters

• `` Micrograph to flip. Any readable format is accepted.
• `` Output micrograph. Any writable format is accepted (the format is recognized by its extension).
• `` File with the CTF description
