DocFile_Select_Subset

Docfile_select_subset

Purpose

This utility allows you to make a docfile corresponding to a subset of the images as given in a selfile. The input docfile should be in newxmipp-type format, i.e. with comments containing all image filenames preceding each data line. All image names in the selfile should also be present in the input docfile.

Parameters

• `` Selection file with the subset selection
• `` Output docfile
