!Adding Additional Protocols

Xmipp programmers have defined a set of protocols. Access to these protocols is granted through a set of buttons available in the graphical interface (xmipp_protocols). In addition to the main protocols, more specific protocols may be accessed through this interface by clicking theAdditional protocols button (xmipp ver. 2.4).

Here all those protocols called xmipp_protol__XXXXX (note the double underscore) will be listed. So, if you want to add any extra protocols follow the same rules used for the stantard protocols but call itprotocol__XXXXXX (XXXXX is any string).
