Previous settings before applying MRC algorithms

For sake of clarity in the future MRC processing, we should include the files coming out from Spectra (files with will contain the following files

• The first step in the MRC processing is the generation of the MRC algorithms (MRC scripts). For the example commented above, this algorithm creation is done by applying the script mrcscript_no_scale. This command generate the following scripts

and these scripts will be contained in the folder .

• If we launch the script , the rest of the sripts shown above in green are executed.
