Moving Particles

The script MovingParticlesCSH allows to analyze the number of particles that have changed their maximum of the probability distribution (i.e. either rot, tilt, psi, x, y, class or flip) over the different iterations of a ML3D classification process.

Execute the script as follows:

[[MovingParticlesCSH]] ML10ref 25

whereML10ref is the root name and25 the number of the last iteration.
