- Your product spec should be a written overview (paper or slides) that covers the goals, metrics, assumptions, risks, and features.
- Your functional specs should be the collection of user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes/mocks.

Trello - Very simple tool for Agile/Scrum (freemium!)
- Uber Example - Here's an example I put together using the user stories from Uber.
- Pivotal Tracker - This was the internal tool that Pivotal used to manage their own projects, and eventually turned it into a standalone product.
- Basecamp - Another project management tool made by 37Signals, integrates with other tools for development and collaboration.
- Asana - Developed by Dustin Moskovitz (co-founder for Facebook), based on how they used to manage projects.
