###Tools

  • JIRA - Commonly used tool for work flow management, bug tracking, etc.
  • Trello - Very simple tool for Agile/Scrum (freemium!)
    • Uber Example - Here's an example I put together using the user stories from Uber.
  • Pivotal Tracker - This was the internal tool that Pivotal used to manage their own projects, and eventually turned it into a standalone product.
  • Basecamp - Another project management tool made by 37Signals, integrates with other tools for development and collaboration.
  • Asana - Developed by Dustin Moskovitz (co-founder for Facebook), based on how they used to manage projects.
