更新 L1 配置并完善自动识别逻辑

修改内容：

1. 更新 L1 配置：

   • name 改为 GHand Lite 1
   • 移除 aliases、slave_id 和 EtherCAT 相关配置字段
   • 开启 L1 触觉配置，THUMB/FF/MF/RF/LF 均配置为 80 个触觉点

2. 调整设备自动识别逻辑：

   • find_config_by_name 增加 model 字段匹配
   • 设备返回 L1-Hand-V1 时仍可正确匹配到 L1 配置

验证：

• l1_hand.json JSON 解析通过
• tests/test_modbus_profiles.py 和 tests/test_connection_cleanup.py 通过，25 passed
