Just a multiplyer on the controller (user) input. Camera, manipulator, LED-lights and IMU data were successfully tested with this commit.

Added customizable sliders with multipliers for each of the commands sent from Topside (i.e. surge, roll, etc.). Master slider and individual sliders. The gain can be adjusted/customized from Config-tab in Topside GUI.
Also committed correct Config-tab values and updated PID-values ("manipulator-fine").
