This PR is the complete organizer submission, preserving the full content of #178 and adding the final R3b orthogonal-contraction QNC candidate plus the consolidated submission documents.

• Explicit local number-conserving Hamiltonian built from overlapping SO(4) fermionic Gaussian contractions.
• Arbitrary-depth determinant-positivity certificate and precise relation to the known doubled-Majorana square mechanism.
• Exclusions of diagonal stoquastic gauges, common orbital splitting, free/Gaussian low-energy descriptions, and small group-algebra closure on tested finite instances.
