Shared-branch audit update

A post-submission shared commit was detected and has now been integrated. It promotes the local orthogonal-contraction route to an active QNC candidate with full so(6) and sector-algebra audits, exact Hodge chirality, 4/6/8-mode ED, and explicitly non-Gaussian low-energy states. It still does not claim a general complexity theorem or thermodynamic phase.

The complete report and reproduction guide are updated. Fresh focused verification: 114 passed, 1 skipped, 2 xfailed.
