- **What was done**:
- Startup: npm ci clean, build clean, tests 3290/0/2. Board read from DRIVER-BOARD.md (Notion 401 — recurring).
- Main HEAD remains 07e7bf8 (no new merges since 13th halt). Test count has held steady at 3290/0/2 since the 12th–13th halts.
- 731+ stale auto/ branches still on remote. Open halt PRs: #752, #754, #755, #756, #757, #758, #759 — none merged (DO NOT merge autonomously).
- No new code changes made. HARD STOP honored.
- **HARD STOP (14th)**: All 5 original workstreams (A–E) are DONE. The explain object has 120+ statistical fields. No new metrics, ratios, or statistical fields will be added by the autonomous runner. Human direction is required. Options:
1. Add new genuine workstreams (new backend in servers.json, apps/*-mcp focused server, cast multi-step chaining, scenario harness for real backends)
2. Prune buildCastExplanation to ≤10 useful fields + add verbosity param
3. Add a CLAUDE.md guardrail explicitly prohibiting new cast explain metric fields
4. Disable the hourly schedule
