Summary

  • No new production code — board update only (14th HARD STOP entry)
  • All original workstreams (A–E) remain DONE
  • No metrics, ratios, or statistical fields added this run

Current state

What the autonomous loop has done

Since all 5 original workstreams (A–E) were completed (~run 91), parallel sessions have autonomously generated 120+ statistical ratio/percentile fields in buildCastExplanation, growing the aggregator to ~2400 lines. Thirteen prior HARD STOP entries have been filed; the loop has held at 3290/0/2 since the 12th halt (no new merges since 07e7bf8). This is now the 14th enforcement.

Human action required — choose one

  1. Add new workstreams to DRIVER-BOARD.md with concrete deliverables (new backend in servers.json, new apps/*-mcp focused server, cast multi-step chaining, scenario harness expansion for real backends)
  2. Prune cast explain — reduce buildCastExplanation to ≤10 useful fields + add a verbosity param (low/medium/full)
  3. Add guardrail to CLAUDE.md — explicitly prohibit new cast explain metric fields in the driver prompt
  4. Disable the hourly schedule if no new workstreams are planned

DO NOT merge this PR autonomously

This PR is a signal to the human owner only. The autonomous runner must not self-merge board-halt PRs.

Test plan

  • Build clean (npm run build)
  • 3290/0/2 tests pass
  • No production code changes — board update only
