Sprint 2 Meetings
Monday, February 17, 2025, from 3:30 to 4:00 PM
We had a brief meeting today as we discussed Sprint 2 and its requirements. We then noticed that we were missing a few key components to our SRS for sprint 1, including the user stories. After asking the TA for more information, we were able to understand the expectations for the user stories, new functions for the GitHub, and examples for the handful of diagrams needed for Sprint 2.
Tuesday, February 18, 2025, from 5:30 to 6:15 PM
We updated the issues in the GitHub for us to divvy up the responsibilities listed on the rubric for Sprint 2. We used Lucid Charts to refresh ourselves on the use case diagram and joined a group on the website so we would have access to the diagrams that each individual would be working on at any given time. We decided that the architectural design diagrams should be left in the hands of the front-end team (Brayden & Thomas) while the class diagrams would be best served being completed by the back-end team (Nina, Charles, and AJ). Because we as a collective are foggy/unfamiliar with the makeup and content of the diagrams we need to complete, we end the meeting and decide to do our own research on each one of them to better determine who and when these can be completed. We will be regularly updating each other as a group throughout this week to share any valuable information we come across.
Monday, February 24, 2025, from 3:30 to 5:00PM
Between meetings we got the class diagram and the user stories completed. We reviewed them both and made small changes as a group. We also received more feedback on Sprint 1. Most of our shortcomings came because of items missing in our Github, so we got ourselves more familiar with the Github and began to fill in our mistakes. We went back and added issues for the things we did complete to receive full credit for Sprint 1.
Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 5:30 to 6:45PM
We finally made the issues for Sprint 1 and figured out how to link them to commits. We then created the issues for the diagrams for Sprint 2. A couple of us started on the use cases and decided to split the classes into guest, admin, buyer, and seller. We decided who will be tackling which stories and the diagrams that come with them. For each story, each member will complete a sequence diagram and a combination of state and activity diagrams. Lastly, we decided to have the use case diagrams and the user story diagrams done before our next meeting on Monday.
Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM
After everyone finished up their respective diagrams, we came together to make sure everything on the rubric was completed. We then began to upload each of our diagrams as well as making corresponding pull requests for each one of them. This was a long process, but eventually all diagrams were put into the folder and all pull requests were completed. To finish up, we made sure that all issues were resolved and checked off, copied every diagram into the wiki, and finalized this meeting log here.
