Problem and scope

Advances Core issue #38 with the direct-to-main World proving candidate. This branch composes P2C3–P2C10 measured feedback with the already-merged AI Command Center and P2D correction lineages, then rebuilds the canonical artifact against exact merged Core main.

The current receipt binds:

  • Core merged source 7013de62ae7320c51c3de9e9a03b049e768e4d84;
  • World executable source cb7b6fdb2b9fe4dd3c34df8afc1368c86d026710;
  • evidence head a85da4289ff80fff6e6507b546dca191ff92d841; and
  • canonical JSON sha256:c62a7db77b66a15f2930c850bdb8bbc44b542f928c2e0b146b5bf3dde08f30df.

The frozen public BLS correction result remains useful with treatment [1.0, 1.0], control [0.0, 0.0], two matched pairs, and mean effect 1.0.

Product boundary and compatibility

World owns public-source fixtures, correction semantics, source policy, controls, and product-owned outcome meaning. Core owns durable identity, provenance, authority, Decision, Action, Outcome, append-only replay, and proposal coordinates. Intelligence owns only the neutral matched evaluator.

The resulting promote proposal remains non-effective, non-selectable, unapplied, requires separate human review, and is not reauthorized on historical replay. No Domain Pack gains code, network, publication, delivery, or action authority. Package versions and the released ace-core>=0.5.0,<0.6 window remain unchanged.

Evidence

  • Four exact wheels built twice with fixed source epochs; each pair was byte-identical.
  • Fresh Python 3.12 environment loaded Core and both executable adapters from site-packages and rejected declared Core checkout roots.
  • Two fresh World workspaces emitted the same canonical JSON hash above.
  • Complete World suite: 123 passed.
  • Official-source connector: 80 passed.
  • Package/release contract: 7 passed.
  • Updated convergence/release controls: 10 passed.
  • GitHub release-readiness run 31522715774: passed.

Exact hashes and limitations are in docs/audits/world-measured-intelligence-merged-core-convergence-2026-08-11.md.

Risk and rollback

The primary risk is overreading one recorded correction association as causality, population quality, live monitoring, or human benefit. The artifact records those non-claims and refuses effective authority.

Rollback reverts the additive merged-Core artifact/audit commit; prior point-in-time evidence remains immutable. No released artifact or durable ACE record is rewritten.

This draft does not tag, publish, pass SI4, apply a proposal, close Core issue #38, or declare ACE 0.6.0 complete. Remaining Core gates include issue #49 owner reconciliation, final version/artifact decisions, public-index-only installation, and release acceptance.

Authenticated release-owner authorization — 2026-08-11:

The release owner authorizes this public-data World convergence packet to leave draft and squash
merge at exact head a85da4289ff80fff6e6507b546dca191ff92d841. The required World release-readiness check passes.
The accepted claim is bounded to the recorded public fixtures, product-owned criteria, exact
attribution, reviewed Action, observed Outcome, and non-effective proposal. It is not causal,
population, live-freshness, or general-benefit evidence.

No independent GitHub review submission exists; this comment records the explicit owner decision
rather than fabricating one. Final package versions, public artifacts, installed-artifact
reproduction, and Core 0.6 closeout remain separate gates.
