Adds 45 New markings to TheDenTwo's Humans. 44 horn markings, and 1 foot marking

Why / Balance

Markings parity between The Den prebase and The Den rebase

Technical details

a very simple port of all the horn markings available to oni, all have been ported though three are commented out due to sprite clipping issues.

Test plan

Opening in localhost, creating a human character, and toggling the added markings should be sufficient to test this PR.
