About the PR
Ears and Tails available for Felinids in prebase are now available to Humans. This adds the markings, but notable humans do not have any points for tail markings, which I did not touch
Why / Balance
Parity with Prebase markings.
Technical details
A simple rewrite of Prebase oldbody markings into Nubody markings.
Test plan
Open localhost, create a human character, apply markings.
tail markings function, however humans do not currently have any points to allocate for tail markings.
Requirements
Licensing
Breaking changes
this WILL have a merge conflict with #123 as it touches the same Human customization folders. The only conflict SHOULD be in the ftl file which I have labeled and organized for (hopefully) easy resolution of that conflict.
