Zedbot Compile

Compiles a list of UPGRADED ports.
The list is saved into the TWX Root folder with the name
test_UPGRADED.txt. This file can then be requested by,
and sent to, corpies via the GETFILE and SENDFILE commands.
NOTE: Any existing UPGRADED file will be renamed to
test_UPGRADED-backup.txt.

Set the minimum capacity to report with the MINIMUM parameter.
If no minimum is set it will default to 5000.

NOTE: Maximums are approximations based on rounded percentages.

Usage: > compile {MINIMUM}
