• preserve the working title and subtitle exactly
• publish v1.0.7 as a layered, reader-first manuscript
• add a plain-English explanation, Mermaid model, explicit claim boundaries, results map, reading paths, glossary, and selected primary-source links
• move version history behind the paper instead of placing it before the abstract
• update the stable paper pointer, paper index, evidence-alignment ledger, and regression checks
• add a one-click Paper link to the public landing-page navigation and hero

Evidence boundary

The scientific core from §1 through the final skim sentence is byte-identical to v1.0.6. No theorem, experiment result, canonical status, limitation, or release blocker changes. Earlier paper versions remain preserved.
