C1 & C2 still feels problematic, "outside organisations" means the same as "externally" C1 to me.
Would it make more sense if C1 is about your own organisation (internal) and C2 is outside of the organisation (external)?

Re-reading this, I don't really understand the difference between the different questions in part C. I think this is one for Parveen, especially since it means changing the fundamentals on the survey questions.
Question C1 and C2 seem to be the same?
