• date-format: This is a datetime format that must conform to https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/index.html?java/text/SimpleDateFormat.html

  It also affects which food items may stack with one another and how accurate their expiry is. For example, if you're only interested in accuracy to the hour you could use a format like yyyy-MM-dd HH:00 zzz, and all food items of the same type made within the hour would stack.

• food-expiry: This is a list of different items and how long they take to expire, in seconds.

  Where the expiry is not set for an item, the setting for "default" is used instead.
