Current Delivery Sequence

1. Finish XAIOS. This is the only active workstream.
2. Implement Qwen 3.6 27B after XAIOS completes.
3. Keep Kimi K3, DeepSeek V4 Flash 0731, and GLM 5.2 queued unless explicitly reprioritized.

Important Corrections

• QEMU gates prove only their stated correctness/ABI contracts.
• The QEMU model-v1 path is a deterministic fixture, not real-model inference.
• TCG with cortex-a72 is the supported AArch64 correctness default; HVF is experimental.
• XAIOS uses the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. Commercial use requires a separate written commercial license; XAIOS is not MIT-licensed.
• No physical Apple or Xeon performance artifact currently satisfies the repository benchmark contract.
• Full x86 service parity remains open in issue #18; physical validation remains open in issue #19.
