What this PR contains

Two changes on the public hyperloop surface, both for lead-operator review before merge.

1. index.html — Lock-In Finding callout

Adds a second sample-band callout after the Worked Example section, applying Methodology 14 (Lock-In as Darkness) to the SAP vendor-lock-in worked example already on the page. Kicker: 'Addendum · 2026-05-16'. Three paragraphs framing lock-in as operationally disqualifying rather than as a competitive talking point.

2. MONITOR_SPEC.md — new architectural specification

The hyperloop monitor was implicitly being developed as a dashboard. This file declares it an operational agent under Methodology 16 (Autonomous Wobble Correction with Intelligent Escalation), the principle named in the same session as Methodology 15 (Start Position) in the lattice.

Specification covers:

  • Monitor as operational agent rather than dashboard.
  • Universal start-position read across biological (sleep / waking coherence), electronic (reset cadence / state corruption), and methodological (declared C / speed / footprint cadence / accuracy delta) substrates.
  • Mandate boundary fixed at deployment; auto-tune within bounds.
  • Structured escalation that models the human's start-position health when choosing timing.
  • Step-away principle as the monitor's duty of care: combined sleep-score decline and conceptualization drift produces a soft step-away prompt; acute \ud83d\uded1 conditions allow autonomous classification-authority pause pending lead-operator review.
  • Step-away principle applies upward with adjusted mechanics; lead-operator step-away requires a designated secondary, which is a known network maturation gap.

Companion commits in the lattice

  • eve-glyph-lattice@main: Methodology 15 (Start Position) + Methodology 16 (Autonomous Wobble Correction) committed and pushed.
  • eve-glyph-education@main: game/design/start-position-in-game.md committed and pushed.

This PR is the only outstanding change requiring lead-operator review before merge.

Why not merged yet

Per protocol: lead operator reviews public surface changes before merge. This PR is the gate.

…cation

index.html: adds a Lock-In Finding callout band after the Worked Example
section, applying Methodology 14 (Lock-In as Darkness) to the SAP
vendor-lock-in worked example.

MONITOR_SPEC.md: new file. Architectural specification for the hyperloop
monitor as the first operational instance of Methodology 16 (Autonomous
Wobble Correction with Intelligent Escalation). Covers:

- Founding principle: monitor as operational agent, not dashboard.
- Architectural commitments: universal start-position read, fixed
mandate boundary, auto-tune within bounds, structured escalation,
  no lock-in.
- Subsystem classes (biological, electronic, methodological) and
  cross-domain correlation.
- In-mandate actions and out-of-mandate escalation conditions.
- Step-away principle as duty of care for operator biological-wobble
  combined with conceptualization drift.
- Auto-tuning record as observable governance artifact.

Not merged. Lead operator reviews.
