Pull ros-jazzy-rviz-teleop-panel from the mote channel into the dev environment (linux-64 only — the aarch64 robot never runs RViz) and pre-wire the panel in mote.rviz: TwistStamped on /diff_drive_controller/ cmd_vel, matching the diff_drive_controller's subscription.
