Closes #33.\n\nCompletes the release lifecycle with verified signed annotated tags, strict CHANGELOG/CITATION synchronization, package and CycloneDX builds, GHCR publication by digest, keyless cosign signatures, GitHub provenance attestations, and a verify-published job for release assets and the container image.\n\nVerified locally with actionlint, zizmor under the repository policy, and make verify.
