- 新增企业微信 Webhook 推送脚本 (send_wechat.py)
- 新增统一通知分发脚本 (send_notify.py)，支持邮件+微信并行
- 新增新闻爬虫 (news_crawler.py)，支持36氪/知乎/新浪/InfoQ + 自定义RSS
- 新增新闻 CLI 入口 (news.py)，支持立即推送和定时任务
- 提醒脚本改为走统一通知渠道
- 新增相关配置文件
