It seems there are more www tables that are queried by dataserver but not checked by tests. For example LUM_Role. We should add them too. |

For now, I decided to move the test data initialization (init-mysql.sh) to zotero-server, because, logically, remote test configuration and test initialization data should be in one place. Currently dataserver keeps test_reset mysql initalization data, but remote test configuration is empty.
