Can we drop the mtb-dsl-psc3m6/support/ folder? Does not seem to have any source files. |

@sreeramIfx Aye, dropped it a couple minutes ago. I'll update out update_assets.sh script to strip that out of DSLs going forward too |

Added DSL and template for psc3m6 support. I've dropped the HAL from the DSL, this device doesn't need it
