Adds AI Language Partner under Classroom -> Language -> Japanese.
It is an MIT-licensed local-first Japanese dialogue practice app with open-source mobile/API code and scripted dialogue packs. The current audience is Korean-speaking Japanese learners, which makes it a practical fit for language classrooms that need a self-hostable/open-source option.
