rc4 redo: upstream librustzcash deps + website
Re-cut of
v0.0.1-rc4so the release ships the upstream dependency set, not thezecrocksforks:[patch.crates-io]now points atzcash/librustzcash+zcash/incrementalmerkletreeupstream (with thedeny.tomlgit-source allowlist updated to match).On top of the already-shipped rc4 content (Ironwood support, zebra 6.0.0 regtest tier, the
default-rundesktop-app fix). After this merges,v0.0.1-rc4is deleted and re-tagged here.
