myApps License Agreement (Version 1.0)

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, myApps hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to:

• Use, copy, and modify the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Distribute modified versions of the Software only if you retain this License Agreement and provide clear attribution to myApps as the original author.

2. Restrictions

You shall NOT, without prior written consent from myApps:

• Use, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Software for commercial purposes.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Software.
• Sell, rent, lease, lend, or provide access to the Software or its derivatives to third parties.
• Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain solely with myApps. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

4. Attribution

If you distribute the Software or derivative works, you must include the following attribution in a visible location (e.g., documentation, about page):

“Powered by myApps © 2025. All rights reserved.”

5. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. myApps DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL myApps BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

7. Termination

This License Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice from myApps if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which myApps is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and myApps regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.
