💡 What: Created a new batched function store.getLocalKeysForAccounts that uses an IN database query to fetch keys for all accounts and groups them by accountId. Replaced the individual await calls in PoolController.getPoolData with a single batch fetch using the localKeysMap.
🎯 Why: Iterating over allAccounts and executing a database call inside Promise.allSettled(allAccounts.map(async ...)) leads to an N+1 query problem when loading the application pool data. This places unnecessary load on the database when the number of accounts increases.
📊 Impact: Decreases database queries for this endpoint from O(N) to O(1), improving query latency and reducing load.
🔬 Measurement: Verify by executing npm test and checking latency of the GET /api/pool endpoint.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 6609547276735175255 started by @zaydiscold

- Create `getLocalKeysForAccounts` in `store.js` that performs a batch fetch of all local keys grouped by `accountId`.
- Update `PoolController.getPoolData` to call this new function once before iterating through `allAccounts`, replacing `N` individual queries to `store.getLocalKeys` with 1 batch query.
- Tests updated and verified.
