Basic C Tic Tac Toe Game This is a simple implementation of the Tic Tac Toe game in C. The game has both single player and multiplayer feature. The game board is initially filled with numbers. Players will be prompted to enter their moves by choosing a number from 1 to 9, corresponding to the grid cells. Player 1 marks with 'X', and Player 2 marks with 'O'. The game will display the updated game board after each move or ends when a player wins or when the grid is filled, resulting in a draw.
