This is almost the same as the change for mecat2cns, and uses the same approach. The user specifies the grid options through the -G option, and the partitioned jobs are then run through grid instead of locally. Like the mecat2cns code, this code does not check for failure, just success, and may hang out forever in the event of a failure of one of the grid jobs.
As with the mecat2cns change, this one also adds a few internal options to pass values from the main job to the grid jobs.
