ReFeel: Blood Bank Monitoring and Inventory System

Blood Bank Monitoring and Inventory System is capable of handling all the records of donors and easily view them for future reference which would help the user to make sure that they receive the highest quality of blood possible. It is also capable of monitoring the quality and quantity of blood bags in the storage to help them know the current status of their storage. The system fulfills its purpose to help maintain and easily record then view the records of the donors and maintain the blood inventory.

Why is the system developed?

Our client, currently has no system that gives them the capability to easily view their past donor’s records.

System Features

The Blood Bank Monitoring and Inventory system consists of two subsystems. One of the subsystems is the Donor Side of the system which is responsible for handling donor sign up, answering of survey questionnaire and donor information utility. The other subsystem is the Doctor Side which handles the maintenance of the system. It also handles the monitoring of donor exam results such as: medical exam, physical exam, initial screening, and serological screening. The blood inventory in the Doctor Side monitors the quantity and quality of blood that is stored in the storage of the blood bank. The system generates reports such as daily, monthly, and annual blood collection and many more.
