mainis now governed by a repository ruleset (PR required, 3 status checks, no force-push, no deletion, 0 approvals so a solo maintainer is not blocked).Rulesets raise no
branch_protection_ruleevent, so Scorecard had no way to re-grade after the change short of the weekly cron. Addsworkflow_dispatchand corrects the trigger comment.Also the first PR through the new ruleset, so it doubles as the end-to-end check that
build,reviewandAnalyze (javascript-typescript)are all reachable as required contexts.
