Initial release -- easily publish HTML anonymously.

This is what we run on HTML.house, and thus has a lot of our custom code. Still, this release contains the necessary files to run right away on a Linux machine.

Installing
Be sure to run the queries in init.sql, then follow the instructions in the INSTALL file.
