All code work is complete: - next.config has output: 'export' for static export - .github/workflows/deploy.yml builds and deploys to Cloudflare Pages - PR preview deployments with URL comments are implemented Remaining tasks (Cloudflare dashboard setup, DNS, secrets, deployment confirmation) are infrastructure steps outside the codebase.
