Installs lucide-react and replaces all inline SVG icon elements across 15 files with equivalent Lucide components (Package, FileText, MessageSquare, ExternalLink, Terminal, ArrowRight, ArrowUpRight, Download, Check, Copy, RefreshCw, Info, Network, GitBranch, Zap, BookMarked, FileCode). Brand icons (GitHub, Azure, Jira, OS) and the custom SpawnIcon hub/spoke are kept as-is since no library equivalent exists. Closes centy issue #20.
