@worksofliam . First part of the proposal Instead of User Spaces, use sql alias to get the member source code and IFS_WRITE_UTF8 to write it to the IFS.
This implementation reduces the complexity of dealing with system APIs without performance loss since the
CPYTOSTMFcommand is still being used to migrate members to the IFS.
