Replaced 10 multiple LINQ `.Sum()` method allocations in `BuildTimelineOutcomes` with single-pass manual `foreach` loops accumulating variables directly. Optimized `WeightedAverage` by replacing `.Where().ToList()` list allocations and double `.Sum()` calls with a single `foreach` evaluating conditions on the fly. This avoids multiple $O(N)$ multi-pass iteration overheads and extensive delegate/closure allocations on the hot path for visualization calculations.

💡 What: Replaced multiple chained LINQ
.Sum()and.Where().ToList()invocations insideWorkspacePresentation.BuildTimelineOutcomesandWorkspacePresentation.WeightedAveragewith single-pass manualforeachloop accumulators.🎯 Why: To eliminate redundant multiple passes over collections (
nodeStatesandallocations) which cause significant delegate allocations and enumerator overhead (multiplied bytrafficTypescount) every time the visual timeline is refreshed.📊 Impact: Reduces visualization state re-calculation CPU overhead from$O(k \times N)$ iterations to precisely $O(N)$ and completely eradicates temporary delegate and list generation on this path, reducing GC pressure.
🔬 Measurement:
dotnet buildanddotnet testcompleted successfully indicating no regression in calculation determinism. Can be verified by running the UI over a large simulation with multiple traffic types and inspecting garbage generation in the timeline visual updates.PR created automatically by Jules for task 1903380131079392748 started by @wnj00524
