ww/ Init e-reader

This is the initial build for the e-reader. WIP until api is connected

should feature:

• Ability to read .epub books
• abillity to "upload" .epub books that are on the phone to api, and see them listed in the index when user logs in/searches. This will require api connection. after upload perhaps prompt user if they want to redirect to book or not
• ability to save annotations, bookmarks, starting position (last opened page)
• ability to load book at previous progress (see previous)
