• SETUP.md — the setup flow to bootstrap the assistant from an empty or partial clone
• AGENTS.md — the wiki schema, conventions, and operating model
• skills/ — project-local ingest, synthesize, and sync skills for this assistant
• dashboard/ — the read-only dashboard build
• wiki/ — the starter wiki structure and templates

Getting started

1. Open this repo.
2. Read SETUP.md.
3. Follow the setup flow there.

SETUP.md will tell the agent to read AGENTS.md first, scaffold the wiki, verify available tools, generate config.yaml, and populate wiki/profile.md.
