Clock not updated with daylight saving time change

The clock is still finctioning, but we have just passed át 1st April the daylight saving time update by addig +1 hour. It does not updated on the screen, lagging 1 hour behind.

wledPixel does not automatically adjust for daylight saving time. In the settings, you specify your current time zone. After transitioning to daylight saving time, your time zone has changed to +1. Please update your time zone settings to ensure that the displayed time reflects the new time.

I would be happy to see a pull request adding this feature if someone wishes to implement it.
