Add Post teacher endpoint

This should add a new teacher, but I could not test it through Postman as all endpoints where auth required gave 403 errors. I will do validations later if it is related only to my changes.

Unfortunately, I couldn't because I got a 403 error even in the main branch. I lost track of changes. Not sure what is the current status of the project if it works fine or has issues on the main branch?
