Fix 3.0.x branch: Java 11 and javax.inject

@jamesward you released 3.0.9 from the then main branch, which already was prepared for 3.1.x (with a 3.1.0-M1 release). That also meant 3.0.9 was build with Java 17 instead with 11 (which was the case for all previous 3.0.x release).
I now fixed all of that, so there is the 3.0.x branch now (which existed before actually) with the 3.0.10 release. And from main I cut 3.1.0-M4. Both contain your 421891b
3.0.x will also be visited by scala steward now: VirtusLab/scala-steward-repos#607
Please make sure to use the correct branch in case you cut a new release again. Thanks for everything!
