• Fixed — GitHub: resolved review threads are now recognized, so the summary no longer re-lists already-addressed findings (reads resolution from the GraphQL reviewThreads API) (#125).
• Changed — docs reframed for dual GitLab + GitHub support (#124).

No breaking changes → patch bump per the 0.x rule. After merge, pushing the 0.8.3 tag triggers the publish workflow (npm + GitHub release).
