Fix stack overflow on some transactions, add Order protobuf parser
It was tested with Ledger Nano S (Secure element version is 1.6.0, Microcontroller is 1.12 and 1.11-pri), Ledger Nano X (Secure element version is 1.2.3-dev, Microcontroller is 2.4-printf), Ledger Blue (Secure element version is 3.4-hw15, Microcontroller is 2.1.1).

You can found it in "Settings" - "Firmware version". If you have these versions lower, then update the device using Ledger Live (check "Dispatcher" tab).

NOTE: This release is only for testing! This application does not have the signature of the Ledger team, their review has not passed and is not recommended for use every day
