Enable Burn's TUI training dashboard feature#7

Add the `tui` feature to the `burn` dependency so the `burn-train` `Learner` renders its ratatui-based dashboard (live loss plots, progress bar, ETA) instead of falling back to the plain CLI metrics renderer. This gives pre-training a built-in progress visualization once the training loop is implemented on top of `LearnerBuilder`.
